Angela Roessel is among the top agents in the demanding Los Angeles real estate market, and passionate about good architecture and design.
One of Angela’s earliest memories is wandering the construction site of her parent’s house in Germany, listening to the discussions of the many family members who were architects and builders. It sparked her love of architecture and her interest in real estate which has grown ever since.
Fluent in English, German, French and Italian, Angela studied law and economics in Germany, and worked in the fashion industry in Milan and Paris. Her international experience led to a job in the film business in London. In 1991, Angela was appointed to the International Department of the major talent agency ICM and moved to Los Angeles.
At ICM she represented artists of the highest rank and while working on ground breaking international deals, she honed her negotiating skills and understanding of the needs of the most demanding individuals.
These years of preparation have allowed her to enter the high-end world of Westside real estate and quickly build the trust of a sophisticated clientele who expects and deserves only the best: intimate knowledge of listed, and more importantly, unlisted properties; utmost discretion to protect her clients’ privacy and interests; access to the worldwide marketing net via Christie’s and Hilton & Hyland; and an ability to explore new territories and think outside the box to meet each and every client’s unique expectations.
