As soon as I began my real estate career, I knew there was a better way to practice it and I’ve relished dusting off expected ways of doing business and “even better” tossing them out altogether for a more caring, exciting model. I’ve created marketing materials that never existed in the industry, discovered ways of individually pleasing clients that nobody suggested to me. It all starts with this: when you walk into the room, I?ll notice. You will be welcomed and fed without losing a second of keep-your-eye-on-the-prize time.

How do I work?

Let’s just say I hate pushy salespeople. I am comfortable. I will take the pressure off what might otherwise be considered stressful decisions. I listen hard and think differently and believe in plenty of options. A good broker covers the bases. My goal is to hand you the ballpark and make every moment of this journey as nourishing and as pleasurable as the end goal itself.

Attention to the smallest details, anticipating, striving for perfection. My job is to make sure the only surprises are good surprises. I know that the people are what’s important in a real estate transaction, not the transaction itself. I see it all too often in today’s society where people are subordinate to the deal. Wrong.
