Chad Rogers


Born and raised in Southern California, it was only natural that Malibu native Chad Rogers returned to the coast after graduating with a degree in Business and minor in Finance from the University of Denver. During this time Rogers also earned his real estate license. Upholding the motto, “Give clients what they want, whenever they want,” is what has catapulted Chad Rogers into one of the most successful and sought after real estate experts and Realtors in Southern California.

Since the start of his career, Rogers has built and maintained a reputation among power-player clientele, including professional athletes, celebrities, bank corporations and high-ranking business officials while working for Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland at the prestigious Hilton & Hyland real estate brokerage. Frequently, Chad shares his expert advice with various media outlets including LA Times, Hot Property column, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Angeleno Magazine, InTouch Weekly, Curbed LA, The Real Deal, and TCHAD Magazine. Each year, Chad makes a point to service the people of his community on every level. Frequently participating in various charitable causes, such as the Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk supporting the fight against breast cancer, LA Mission, Celebrity Catwalk benefiting the National Animal Rescue and more. For his continued loyalty and unwavering dedication, Chad was recently honored by the Los Angeles City Council to show gratitude on behalf of the city of Los Angeles for his uncountable hours of time and efforts in order to better his community.
