Dena Eubanks specializes in selling luxury high-rises. Flexible, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable, Dena exemplifies the consummate sales professional. She believes that high-rise selling is a unique type of selling because you are not just selling a property, you are selling a lifestyle. As a high-rise owner herself, Dena can sell it because she has lived it.

Early in Dena’s career, one of her major projects involved the sale of The Spires, a 40-story high-rise condominium in Houston. In spite of a slow real estate market in Houston and extremely high interest rates, she was able to sell 45 units within nine months. For years, Dena sold real estate as an independent broker and continued selling in the high end market until 2000, when she returned to on-site sales. Over the next seven years, she’s had the opportunity to become Sales Director of several exciting properties: a 65-acre waterfront community, a loft-style mid-rise garden townhouse project and two high-rises.

In recent years, Dena has served as Director of Sales for Personette & Associates. Throughout her tenure, she was recognized for her ability to take projects that had become stale, make the necessary adjustments and/or improvements, and effectively sell the units in a short amount of time.

The acute sales and marketing skills, Dena utilizes highly effective with each development as she becomes adept in selling the developer’s vision and marketing the project from concept to completion. In addition, she works extremely well with the realtor community. She hosts realtor luncheons and other appealing events to attract realtors and their clients.

Dena also prides herself on identifying objections potential buyers may have and overcoming those objections. Her team spirit has shone through on all of the sales projects she has directed due to her close rapport with the developer, construction, designers and sales staff. As for exclusives, Dena approaches each one she represents as a unique business opportunity, maximizing the use of the development’s resources to generate interest and deliver prompt results.

A successful on-site real estate professional since the early 80′s, Dena Eubanks remains as deeply committed to helping her clients as she did when she first entered the industry. She has earned numerous Top Producer awards from developers, real estate companies and The Top 100 Realtors in Houston Award from the Houston Association of Realtors.

Dena has proven her ability to adapt to the many significant market changes and, in the process, has satisfied numerous buyers, sellers and developers.
