A Los Angeles native, Manuela Villa has worked in the residential real state market for nearly ten years helping to service the Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and Malibu areas.  Her great appreciation for architecture combined with a dynamic approach to real state have helped her facilitate nearly a billion dollars in transactions to date.  A savvy creative problem solver, she thinks outside of the box while maintaining the utmost discretion with every client.  Manuela has represented an outstanding list of clients that include all levels of the entertainment industry, business executives, and professional athletes.  While negotiating every aspect of the real state transaction, she has met many outstanding contacts that help her clients and her navigate the best possible deal during and after completion.  She is passionate about working in this industry and looks forward to her continued success in residential real state.

After studying psychology in college, Manuela developed a passion for marketing and sales which she has been pursuing for the past twelve years. Manuela has lived in South Beach, where she worked in the music and entertainment industries.  She then moved to New York City where she spent two wonderful years moving at the fast pace of Manhattan working in the music and post production industries.  She currently lives in the Hollywood Hills and enjoys hiking trails in the surrounding area.

Manuela is of Colombian descent which affords her a great understanding into other cultures.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish.  The youngest of four daughters she is understanding, hard working and a team player.  She has three nieces and three nephews that she adores greatly.  When not working with Buyers or Sellers, she enjoys hiking, traveling, kickboxing, cars, volleyball, basketball and tennis.
