Paul Stukin is a Los Angeles native, who grew up in Brentwood and graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz. After working as a national news producer, which afforded him accolades and travel around the world, he decided to make a change and follow his father’s footsteps in real estate.

In the summer of 2005 Paul joined Hilton & Hyland. He immediately developed a client base of some of Los Angeles’ wealthiest families, who appreciate Paul’s commitment to service and his ability to reach each client’s unique needs.

In addition to selling important single-family homes, Paul has thrived in the luxury second home market. His first deal was in Squaw Valley at The Resort at Squaw Creek. He then went to Palos Verdes where he was a top producer at a new resort called Terranea, that opened in June of 2009. In Waikiki, he and his team listed the Trump Tower Waikiki, and achieved a world record when they sold over $700 million in one day. Most recently Paul returned from Maui where he sold The Residential Suites at The Ritz Carlton Kapalua. His motto: sell only the finest real estate in the world.

Paul is now back in Beverly Hills at Hilton & Hyland helping clients take advantage of the opportunities in this challenging and ever-changing real estate market.
