Suzann Brent’s 28 years of experience representing owners and occupants of all property types in Los Angeles provides her clients with unparalleled expertise in all facets of real estate marketing, sales, investment and management. She is equally experienced with both residential and commercial properties.

Prior to joining Hilton & Hyland, Suzann began her career as an associate broker with Prudential California Realty in Beverly Hills, and she subsequently served as Vice President of Leasing and Investment Sales at SCI Properties and as Regional Director of the Abbey Company.

Additionally, Suzann has held senior management and leasing positions in commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis, Kennedy Wilson and the Charles Dunn Company and she holds the Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

A longtime resident of West Hollywood, Suzann actively specializes in the areas of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and West Los Angeles.
