Rick Hilton, of the Hilton Hotel Family, has enjoyed a remarkable career and has developed close personal ties with many of the most influential people around the globe.
His endeavors include a range of successful pursuits in real estate, including commercial real estate financing and sales and real estate development as well as consulting. He learned the real estate business in New York City while working at Eastdil Realty Inc., a real estate investment banking firm specializing in commercial real estate. Rick's thorough understanding of financing and negotiating complicated
transactions have enabled him to provide excellent service to his many clients in both commercialized and residential real estate.
As a principal, Rick developed Brentwood Country Estates, a gated estate community in the prestigious Brentwood area of Los Angeles where prices for homes are in excess of 10 million plus.
Due to his family background, Rick is also actively involved in the hotel industry. He structures hotel transactions between land owners, developers and hotel management companies as well as handling the financing and sales of hotels.
Rick and his wife Kathy were married in 1979. They have four children.
Jeff Hyland
Born and raised in Little Holmby, Jeff Hyland's career spans over 25 years as a leading Real Estate Broker. In addition to being President of Hilton & Hyland, Jeff is the founding member of Christies's Great Estates, Inc., and served as a past president of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors as well as the 30,000-member Los Angeles County Boards of Real Estate. He formerly served as State Director for the California Association of Realtors and is currently on the Advisory Board of Christie's Great Estates.
As an architectural historian, Jeff assisted in the publication of books on Wallace Neff and Paul Williams and co-authored the book “The Estates of Beverly Hills”. Jeff's “The Legendary Estates of Beverly Hills” was recently published by Rizzoli. Clearly one one of the most recognized real estate figures in all of Southern California, Jeff was named “The Gatekeeper to Beverly Hills” by Town & Country Magazine, “Best of the Best” by The Robb Report and “ One Hundred Most Influential People in Los Angeles” by Haute Living Magazine.
