Rick Hilton, of the Hilton Hotel
Family, has enjoyed a remarkable career and has
developed close personal ties with many substantial
people.
His endeavors include a range of successful pursuits
in real estate, including commercial real estate
financing and sales and real estate development
as well as consulting. He learned the real estate
business in New York City while working at Eastdil
Realty Inc., a real estate investment banking
firm specializing in commercial real estate. Rick
formed Hilton Realty Investment in 1993 to handle
his commercial real estate activities. Since then,
he has conducted several hundred million dollars
in transactions for both commercial as well as
residential properties.
Due to his family background, Rick is actively
involved in the hotel industry. He structures
hotel transactions between land owners, developers
and hotel management companies as well as handling
the financing and sales of hotels.
In 1993, Rick parlayed his considerable experience
in commercial real estate to the brokerage of
residential properties. He realized that his knowledge
and important contacts were strong assets which
would serve him well in reaching out to both sellers
and buyers. His thorough understanding of financing
and negotiating complicated transactions have
enabled him to provide excellent service to his
many clients.
As a principal, Rick developed Brentwood Country
Estates, a gated estate community in the prestigious
Brentwood area of Los Angeles. Prices for homes
are in the $5 - $12 million range.
Rick and his wife Kathy were married in 1979.
