This past week the Los Angeles Business Journal released its annual list of top residential brokerage firms in Los Angeles County.

Hilton & Hyland sets the record for sales volume of single-office firms. With one office located on Cañon Drive, Hilton & Hyland did a total of $2.78 billion in total sales, which helped seal our place atop the volume per office list.

This feat is impressive, but not surprising, as, at the conclusion of last year, Hilton & Hyland announced the numerous sales records set according to the Multiple Listings Service.
