Hilton & Hyland Helping Hands is a program in which we volunteer time, expertise and financial assistance to organizations that help empower people and causes in need. We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some of our favorite charitable organizations that we have continued to support throughout our 26 years of business.

The American Red Cross Los Angeles region serves nearly 10 million people in 88 cities within Los Angeles County,dedicated to helping victims of disaster and providing programs and services that help our community prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Part of a nationwide network of locally supported chapters, the L.A. Region is comprised of the following six Red Cross Chapters: Antelope Valley, Glendale-Crescenta Valley, Greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, San Gabriel Pomona Valley and Santa Monica.

Since 1996, Food on Foot is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the poor and homeless of Los Angeles with nutritious meals, clothing, job opportunities, and assistance in the transition to employment and life off the streets.  Unimpeded by traditional funding models, Food on Foot invests the tremendous amount of time needed to build our workers’ confidence and help them overcome their fear of success – at the same time building partnerships with potential employers who will give our graduates the opportunities they need.

As one of the most effective grassroots nonprofit agencies in the nation, Project Angel Food cooks and delivers over 500,000 nutritious meals each year, free of charge, to the homes of men, women, and children affected by life-threatening illnesses. vital food and nutrition services, including medically tailored meals and nutritional counseling, help underserved people throughout LA County who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. Created in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, Project Angel Food expanded their mission to help those who are struggling with any life-threatening illness burdened by hunger and malnutrition. They deliver more than 10,000 meals every week to people in need…for Life, for Love, for as long as it takes.

The Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House provides families with a safe and supportive place to stay while their child undergoes treatment for critical illness or injuries at local hospitals. For over 30 years more than 30,000 families have stayed at the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House during their time of need.

Village Family Service

The Village Family Services

The Village Family Services is Southern California’s leading bilingual family wellness agency providing a comprehensive range of services to achieve permanency and safety for neglected and abused children and youth. Their approach centers on family wellness amid client-centered, strength-focused, trauma-informed, evidence-based and culturally competent care delivered by a compassionate, bilingual staff. The Village Family Services envisions a day where all children and youth are free of social, emotional, verbal and physical harm.

For over 60 years, the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club has accomplished its goals of opening doors and transforming lives by providing a safe place where young people can be themselves, be proud, and experience opportunities never thought possible. Through programs that expand horizons, the Club challenges youth to experience the world outside their doorsteps and gives them the tools to succeed.
