The Los Angeles Business Journal Recognizes Six of Hilton & Hyland’s Top Agents in “Who’s Brokering LA”

The Los Angeles Business Journal presented its first ever “Who’s Brokering LA” section focusing on real estate professionals who have proven to be the most dynamic forces in the industry. In fact, they have shed a light on six of our most successful agents: Branden & Rayni Williams, Drew Fenton, Linda May, Jonah Wilson, and Tyrone McKillen. Together, these individuals combine a comprehensive knowledge of Los Angeles with an artistic, competitive and stylish lens to the real estate process.

Branden Williams and Rayni Williams hold over $4 billion in career sales. The Williams & Williams Estates Group hit a career milestone this past April with the record-shattering $110 million sale of a Richard Meier beachfront house in Malibu – the highest residential sale in Los Angeles County.

Drew Fenton listed and sold the Playboy Mansion, the Frances Brody Estate, Doheny Estate and Rosewood in Bel-Air. He has sold over 30 properties in excess of $20 million and maintains a total transaction volume of over $500,000,000 in the past twelve months.

With a total sales volume of over $320 million in the last 12 months, Linda May’s 2018 is shaping up to have a similar, if not better outlook than last year (her most successful year to date). Linda’s most recent notable, as well as, personal record breaking sale, was the Brad Grey Estate in Holmby Hills, which resulted in a significant double-ended sale in under two months. Linda  only continues to soar in luxury real estate.

A born and raised Angeleno with deep family roots in the entertainment business, Jonah Wilson has consistently operated in the upper reaches of LA’s luxury market for the last 30 years. In the last 12 months alone, Wilson’s total sales volume has surpassed $300 million.

Tyrone McKillen’s sales volume has totaled $325 million within the last 12 months, including the high-profile Bel-Air sale of $88 million and the Devlin Drive sale of $31.5 million. Aside from recent multimillion off-market transactions, Tyrone’s undeniable persistence and knowledge of the real estate market coupled with his honest approach and concern for long term relationships is what separates him from his peers.

Needless to say, the residential real estate market in Los Angeles is a complex landscape but as the publication notes, Hilton & Hyland and our team of some of the most powerful luxury agents in the nation have navigated the process painlessly and gracefully.  Between representing the highest sale in Los Angeles history, commanding 42% market share of sales over $20 million, and maintaining an unrivaled network of global buyers, it is no wonder we are celebrating 25 years of excellence – all thanks to our agents who work tirelessly on behalf of our firm.
