Growing up in Alabama, Adam Lint got to enjoy the relaxed and sociable Southern lifestyle. At the age of 14 he and his family moved to Orlando, where he spent eight years before deciding it was time to pack up and move west for college. After graduating culinary school from Denver in 2004, Lint moved to Los Angeles, where he worked as a chef in some of L.A.’s top restaurants for over six years. Lint realized that he had the perfect skill set, attitude, and world exposure for the real estate business, and in 2011 he transitioned into that industry, assisting Carol Dotson, a fellow realtor at Hilton & Hyland.
Lint’s love for homes stems from the same love he has for food. The ability to create and customize something as big as a home is a dream come true. Having lived in multiple regions of the world, he has been exposed to many types of architecture and home styles. Over the years, architecture, design, and forward-thinking homes have become his true love. In 2012, Lint received his real estate license and became a successful agent. He has been working at Hilton & Hyland since his start.
When not at the office, Adam can often be seen tending to his new garden and racing motorcycles. The motorcycle racing gives him a competitive edge as an agent because it hones his very quick and precise thinking. There is no room for error whilst driving at 150mph, and he brings that same mentality to the office. His work ethic, drive, style, and ability to work under extreme pressure are what make Adam the perfect agent for all of your real estate needs.
