Benjamin Kruger joined Hilton & Hyland in April 2015. He is teaming with Hilton & Hyland’s new development division, while continuing his existing practice in residential and commercial sales.
Kruger was born in England and immigrated to the United States at a young age. He has lived in multiple leading luxury markets including San Francisco, Boston and Ft. Lauderdale. At the age of 15, he joined his family’s real estate investment business bolstering his longstanding passion and appreciation for real estate. Now, almost 15 years later, his passion has developed into a rich understanding of the multi-tiered real estate process.
Kruger attended Babson College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurship and real estate. Following graduation, he was recruited by a San Francisco-based real estate development group and, as a Director at that firm was responsible for guiding the group’s investment strategy. In this role, he utilized extensive market research and area knowledge to identify emerging market trends. He directly oversaw the acquisition of more than $100 million in off-market property while developing strong relationships with strategic partners and investors from around the world.
Kruger has been successful managing a broad array of clientele as both residential and commercial buyers and sellers of luxury real estate in Los Angeles. His commitment to a stringent ethical regard, tireless work ethic and results-oriented approach have enabled him to close complex deals with some of the largest names in real estate.
Mr. Kruger’s properties and projects have been featured in The Los Angeles Business Journal, the Los Angeles Times, San Jose Business Journal, and CNBC.
He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin America, and his personal hobbies include the study of photography, architecture and street art in Los Angeles, the city he has come to know and call home.
