After attending the University of Houston, Dimitri Velis moved to Los Angeles to pursue luxury real estate. Beginning his career in 1988 at the prestigious boutique firm of Asher Dann and Associates located in Beverly Hills, Dimitri’s reputation of exceptional service precedes him. Several years later Asher Dann was acquired by Coldwell Banker where he established himself as one of the top real estate agents in Los Angeles by achieving the status of Presidents Elite, which distinguishes the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Realtors internationally. Joining Hilton & Hyland’s multi-hyphenate roster in 2003, Dimitri quickly joined the ranks becoming one of the brokerages leading agents.

With two decades of Dimitri has represented many high-profile clients from the entertainment and music industries as well as potentates and dignitaries from many countries. His success has been attributed to his patience, diligence and ability to focus fully on his client’s needs to find or sell their properties. Dimitri has listed and sold homes from Beverly Hills to Malibu as well as the adjacent areas. More notably, he represented the buyer on a $23.5 million off-market Bedford Drive estate and Chateau de Bonhuer for just over $12 million.
