Jerome honed in on his client-focused orientation while commanding high-end jewelry sales for over 20 years in the US and internationally at Cartier, DeBeers, and Christie’s, where he broke several sales records for luxury asset transactions, including a record jewelry sale in the Middle East. He has always believed in customizing his approach to key clients - taking the time to understand their needs and motivations, make them feel cared for, and help them navigate their path towards the right acquisition. As head of the Cartier flagship location in Beverly Hills, Jerome broke sales records for three consecutive years, nearly doubling business by immersing himself deeply in the Los Angeles-area community. He understands both the personal and the business aspects of high-end sales, as well as helping clients manage the balance between their personal enjoyment of a key property, its location, and its value as an investment.

Born in Jamaica and educated in the United Kingdom, Jerome found his home in the Los Angeles area years ago and understands, from his own experiences, the importance of feeling like a local in a new community. His concierge style service has won him many international clients’ intent on relocating to LA. Jerome has been a supporter of several local philanthropic organizations and initiatives for many years, including the Los Angeles chapter of the JDRF and the Friends of Robinson Gardens.
