Rebecca A. Ross inspirational force of positive emotion, present throughout her ten year career in real estate, can be accredited to her love of people and sincere appreciation for fine living. Born in 1976, Rebecca is a southern California native who grew up attending preparatory schools in the Claremont and Glendora areas, later attending both Bennington and Mills Colleges. Relocating to the Veneto region of Italy shortly after completing her education in English literature, multi-cultural studies and creative non-fiction, she began to uncover her passion for exploring the world and the richness and diversity that life has to offer.
Rebecca’s travels are extensive, but not limited to, time spent in Europe, the South Pacific, the America’s and parts of Asia. She returned to Los Angeles in 2001 to turn her familial exposure to real estate sales and property management into a full-time career. Joining Hilton & Hyland in 2007, she brought with her a reputation of integrity and experience for her achievements with corporate, builder/developer, and banking REO clientele.
Directing the corporate luxury estates division of the firm, Rebecca A. Ross merges her love of travel and knowledge of various cultures by leveraging her relationships with The Umansky Group, Hilton & Hyland, Christie’s International Real Estate and close ties to prominent clients and exclusive properties abroad. Corporate clients for REO representation include HSBC, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Santa Barbara Securities and more. Rebecca has been the exclusive choice for high-end property disposition by several firms, selling single REO assets on default notes up to $20million.
Rebecca services both private and corporate clients in the Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood and Westside (Santa Monica/Venice/West LA) markets.
In 2010 Rebecca married Swedish software developer and entrepreneur Andreas Carlen. They are expecting their first child in the spring of 2011.
