Drew Fenton Named Top 5 Real Estate Agent in the United States



Drew Fenton, From Beverly Hills, Had an Impressive $404,704,000 on His Way to Becoming One of Los Angeles’ Top Professionals  



Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland was named one of America’s top real estate professionals by REAL Trends and as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. This marks the third year in a row Fenton has been a member of the “The ThousandTop Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications.  According to The Thousand, Fenton had a sales volume totaling $404,704,000, ranking him fifth in the nation, up from seven in 2013.  Fenton continues to be ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 REALTORS® nationwide.



The Thousand real estate professionals was announced on June 27, 2014, with four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:

  • Individual Sales Professionals—Sales volume
  • Individual Sales Professionals—Transaction sides
  • Team Professionals—Sales volume
  • Team Professionals—Transaction sides

“The best individual agents and teams—including Drew Fenton’s award-winning efforts—were nothing short of phenomenal considering the recovering real estate market,” said Steve Murray, founder of Denver-based publishing and communications company REAL Trends, which compiled the list.
