Hilton & Hyland congratulates Stephen Resnick and Mia Trudeau on closing three of the most expensive residential transactions of 2015.
In March, Mia closed on the legendary Liongate Estate in Bel-Air, a home built by architect Paul R. Williams and owned by country music star Kenny Rogers.
The palatial 23,998 square-foot home, which was renovated in 2014, boasts incredible features which include: three living rooms, a 12-seat theater, a wine room and a stadium-lit tennis court.
Not to be outdone, Stephen Resnick closed a $45 million Charing Cross home and a $60 million property at Delfern Drive.
The colonial estate on Delfern was the last project designed by world renowned architect Wallace Neff. The home boasts a tennis court, extensive motor court and swimming pool.
“It’s really fantastic to have our firm represented in three sales that include historic architecture,” said Hilton & Hyland cofounder Jeff Hyland. “It’s very important to know the history of any home that is being bought or sold, and I’m very proud that our agents clearly know how to handle transactions with historical stories.”
“It’s an amazing accomplishment to have two of our firm’s agents complete the three biggest sales of 2015,” said founding partner Rick Hilton. “The ability to be represented in the three highest priced sales in the United States is truly magnificent, but it is certainly not surprising. This is what we work hard to achieve every day at Hilton & Hyland.”
