Hilton & Hyland once again led the luxury residential market in Los Angeles in 2021 with a 31% market share of sales priced $20 million and above, a 23% market share of sales priced $10 million and above, and a 19% market share of sales priced $5 million and above. Our single office of operations in Beverly Hills closed an incredible 82 sales priced $10 million and above in 2021 which helped drive our annual sales volume to a record $4 billion. The Real Estate Almanac ranked Hilton & Hyland as the top-producing brokerage per average price per transaction for 2021 with an average price per transaction of $6.87 million. All of this was made possible by not only maintaining an elite roster of the highest caliber agents in the world, but by continuing to set the standard for luxury real estate marketing and branding.
