Hilton & Hyland Represented LA’s Top Four Highest Sales in July

The LA Times profiled the five highest priced sales for single-family residences in Los Angeles for the month of July. The numbers show that Hilton & Hyland’s phenomenal year continued, as the firm was represented in four of the highest sales in the past month, including the chart-topper, The Manor in Holmby hills, setting a new California price record at $120 million. Jeff Hyland, President of Hilton & Hyland, proudly represented the buyer.

Villa Sarbonne, represented by Judy Feder, Jeff Hyland, Branden Williams, and Rayni Williams, traded hands for $75 million in Bel-Air. The three-story, eight-bedroom megamansion is approximately 25,000 square feet, with an additional 20,000 square feet of outdoor decks, patios and gardens.

A two-story covered deck at the back of the house was designed to resemble a picture frame through which a viewer could admire the Los Angeles skyline. Amenities also include a movie theater, an art studio, a spa with a sauna, a steam room and a massage room, a rooftop deck, a game room and a state-of-the-art car elevator

In addition to a prime parcel on Billionaire’s Row that sold for $30 million, also represented by The Williams Estates, a French Normandy-inspired estate listed by Jeff Hyland also found a buyer. Former Fleetwood Mac musician and his wife sold the double-lot estate for $28 million in Brentwood.

“This is a fantastic achievement for our firm, and everyone here is very proud that we’ve been able to exert our dominance on the luxury market in this way,” said Jeff Hyland.

The firm’s Chairman, Rick Hilton, added, “The market this year has been very volatile and trickier for some to navigate. At Hilton & Hyland, we know how to effectively manage this market, and these July numbers prove that. We’re incredibly happy for our agents and their successes.”
