Sylvester Stallone Lists Los Angeles Mansion For $110 Million

Actor Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, are reportedly leaving California for Palm Beach, Florida and have listed their massive Beverly Park estate in Los Angeles for $110 million. The home is listed by Los Angeles-based agency Hilton & Hyland, and the listing agents are Rick Hilton, Jeff Hyland, Barron N. Hilton and Tessa Hilton.

Located in the mountains above Beverly Hills, Beverly Park has been the longtime home of Stallone and his family. It is a sprawling, 21,000-square-feet Mediterranean-style mansion, which Stallone built after he purchased the land in the late 1990s. The home sits on 3.5 acres and has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a spacious library/office, a massive kitchen with two islands, a dining room with hand-painted walls to resemble an old world-style castle, a beautiful den with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cigar room. There is also a large movie screen in the family room, as well as a full bar. It’s a beautiful place to entertain, both inside and outside.

“This home is built for a king or queen, and the attention to detail is superb,” says listing agent Barron N. Hilton. “The Stallone family put a lot of love into this home. Most recently, they installed handmade floor-to-ceiling steel windows to give the home a contemporary look. They also added a new guest house designed by Richard Landry.”

Perched within the mountains, the home has stunning views of the canyons and city, which are especially beautiful from the several loggias and terraces that extend off its many rooms. Within the home, there’s plenty of Rocky memorabilia, including a life-size statue of Stallone’s character Rocky raising his gloved hands in victory. In fact, the barrel-vaulted library/office has several lit shelves displaying Stallone’s memorabilia.

“It’s the number-one view in Beverly Park,” Hilton says.

The property also has a detached two-bedroom guest home, an extensive service wing, putting green, expansive tree-filled lawn and swimming pool. There is also an eight-car, air-conditioned garage.

“From every single room you have a view: the bedrooms, the master and even the garage,” says listing agent Tessa Hilton. “It’s very well-done and very well-maintained.”

Perfect for entertaining, the pool also has a built-in spa, all surrounded by a massive sun deck. The home is accessed via a gated, long, winding driveway, and the neighborhood is known for its celebrity residents.

The mansion next door once belonged to late media tycoon Sumner Redstone and current neighbors reportedly include Denzel Washington, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Mark Wahlberg and Magic Johnson, to name a few. The neighborhood has attracted many billionaires, business tycoons and royals over the years, and it’s currently one of the most expensive homes in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood.

“A picture tells a thousand words, and I hope people enjoy the interiors and exteriors of this fantastic estate,” says Rick Hilton, co-founder of Hilton & Hyland and listing agent for the property.

The news comes after Stallone and his wife purchased a sprawling home in Palm Beach, Florida for $35.4 million in December 2020. The Bermuda-style waterfront home has its own private, 250-foot stretch of white-sand beach and there are detached homes, including the main house and guest pavilion, that extend over the 1.5-acre manicured property. Spanning 13,241 square feet, the estate has seven bedrooms, 10 full and two half bathrooms, as well as a beautiful living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious dining room lined with artist Jean-Michel Basquiat paintings and a fitness room. There is a circular-style pool that extends directly from the open-air pool cabana and near the beach, a small, circular spa. The property is lined with palm trees and, considering this is Palm Beach, Florida, sits in great company in a very private neighborhood of other mansion homes.

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, many wealthy residents, from Los Angeles to New York City, are rethinking where they live in favor of more space and seclusion. Stallone’s move proves that this trend might endure.
