Avrille Krom has been active in real estate for over 30 years, and has lived in Beverly Hills for the past 34 years. Her expertise in sales and marketing began when she ran a busy orthopedic practice office in New York where she handled the billing, scheduling surgeries, and did the PR which she found she was really good at.

Avrille enjoys meeting new people, seeing what is the cutting edge in design and decor, making deals and most important seeing people happy in their new homes. She is very hands on and does all of her own showings anywhere. She has even shown a house at 11pm for a high profile client who was shooting a movie and that was the only time she could come. Every one of her clients is really cared for in every aspect of the deal. Her circle of friends has grown tremendously because many of our clients have become friends and a good part of our business is repeat and referrals. That in itself says it all!
