Beatrice, a Southern California native and first-generation American, is the youngest of six children. Her father, who has properties in Mexico and California, instilled an admiration for real estate and architectural design at an early age. He brought a sense of community, calmness, and fun to every home he made from scratch, which Beatrice brings to every transaction. While he didn’t have the financial means when he began to build, he made his dreams possible with his resources, work ethic, and relentless attitude.

After graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara, Beatrice came to Los Angeles in pursuit of opportunity. She has an extensive background in fashion merchandising, entertainment, hospitality, and property management. Part of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Beatrice is dedicated to finding the perfect home for her clients, family, and friends. Her priority will always be her clients, both internationally and locally.

Beatrice loves dogs and regularly assists in finding rescued pets forever home. An advocate for beach clean-ups and keeping communities clean, Beatrice often volunteers time cleaning local neighborhoods after events. Aside from having her real estate license, she is also certified to teach yoga. Beatrice lives by the motto: Be kind, do good, and you’ll be happy.
