With over 35 years of experience focused on creating profitable investment returns for his partners and clients, Jeff’s substantial record includes but is not limited to residential and commercial real estate entitlement, development, construction, marketing, leasing and sales.

Recently joining the prestigious Hilton & Hyland | Forbes Global Properties, Berris continues to leverage his deep expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, value-add plays, and strategic partnerships to create extraordinary results for high-profile clients and investors.

Berris spearheaded the development of over $2 billion in real estate projects over his career, including a $370 million mixed-use, high-rise development in downtown Los Angeles. He has recruited, staffed, and supervised multiple sales teams to successfully market and sell 100’s of new condominiums in Southern California, including the acquisition of an 80-unit apartment project in Woodland Hills, CA, renovating, marketing, then selling out that project.

As a trusted real estate consultant to billion-dollar pension funds, private investors, and public developers, Berris has a proven ability to source new opportunities, find value in underperforming assets, and lead complex transactions to successful closings.
