At the beginning of his career, Kyle was an integral member of a small real estate firm, selling over $40 million in real estate during his first year. Most notably, he assisted in the acquisition, redesign, and development of a $17 million property, turning it into a $29 million valuation in just under one year.
Joining the Paul Salazar Group at Hilton & Hyland from the Sports and Entertainment division at Compass, Kyle utilizes a wealth of experience in all facets of the industry. Capitalizing on his time working in the music industry with Red Light Management, he treats every client with the same level of respect and understands the discretion involved in the transaction process. Prior to coming to Los Angeles in 2015, Kyle was selling luxury real estate in Boston and along the Commonwealth for nearly half a decade. With a background in baseball, Kyle has found success in all avenues of life. While attending and playing baseball at the University of Tampa, Kyle became a 2-time National Champion and learned what it took to win at the highest levels. In addition to his personal accolades, Kyle was also selected by Zillow as a Best Buyers Representatives in 2022.
