Lori Hyland
Lori Hyland is the Chairman and owner of Hilton & Hyland, the preeminent luxury real estate brokerage in Beverly Hills for over 30 years. Before becoming the sole owner of Hilton & Hyland, founded by her late husband, Jeffrey Hyland, Lori enjoyed a career as a fine artist and writer.
Lori graduated from the University of Southern California and did postgraduate studies at Pratt Institute in New York. She is a painter specializing in large abstract work and a writer of Historical fiction. She is an animal and environmental advocate and lives part-time on a Ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains.
Steve Katz
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Steve began his career in 1989 as a sales associate with the renowned Jon Douglas Company. Following its acquisition by Coldwell Banker, Steve transitioned into management in 1998, where he spent 24 successful years overseeing five branches of Coldwell Banker Realty. During his tenure, he developed top-performing teams, drove consistent growth, and established a reputation for operational excellence.
In 2022, Steve joined Anywhere Integrated Services, the parent company of Sotheby’s International Realty, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and The Corcoran Group. As the primary services manager for Sotheby’s International Realty in Greater Los Angeles, he played a key role in supporting the brand’s integration with their primary services of mortgage, escrow and title, providing strategic guidance and fostering success.
Now leading Hilton & Hyland, Steve Katz is focused on building upon the firm’s esteemed legacy while positioning it for continued success in an evolving real estate landscape. His depth of experience, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence ensure Hilton & Hyland remains at the forefront of the luxury real estate market.

As Vice President of Operations at Hilton & Hyland, Jheff oversees the seamless integration of processes, spearheads strategic initiatives, and collaborates with the executive team to align operations with business objectives. His focus is on ensuring that clients and agents receive the highest level of support and service, all while driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Jheff has dedicated his career to optimizing operations, driving strategic growth, and fostering high-performing teams. His journey began in foundational roles, where he gained hands-on experience in listings, transactions, and office management. Over the years, he advanced to leadership positions, honing his expertise in operational efficiency, team development, and organizational strategy.
