Charles Black, Executive Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Development for Hilton & Hyland was a panelist last week at the REALTORS™ Conference & Expo’s Global Day.
The annual conference is one of the world’s preeminent conferences focused on global real estate, with over 20,000 attendees and 400 exhibitors, Charles felt honored to represent Hilton & Hyland as a speaker.
His panel, titled “Technology Tools to Attract & Work With International Luxury Buyers”, included top luxury specialists from across the world, and was moderated by Luxury Portfolio International President Paul Boomsma.
As technology advances, so too does the way it affect the real estate business. Social media and virtual reality were major themes of the panel’s discussion, as both have increasingly become tools integral to the industry.
Covering a wide range of topics including International investment, the increased presence of technology in the market, and the Los Angeles market, Charles and the panel were able to provide unique insight into a complex market for all of the conference’s attendees.
