Seasoned art collectors and connoisseurs enjoyed the inaugural edition of the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary art fair, and Hilton & Hyland was proud to partner with Christie’s International Real Estate as the event’s lead sponsor.
Presented by the Art Miami Group and hosted by the City of West Palm Beach, the fair’s first edition took place January 12-15, and kicked off the area’s vibrant winter season. Art on display at the fair showcased Blue Chip Contemporary and Post-War works from 60 top international galleries, as well as fine homes from the world’s leading real estate network.
This latest collaboration with Art Miami represents yet another opportunity to interface directly with top-tier clientele worldwide. Together with Christie’s International Real Estate, Hilton & Hyland put on display video montages, while real estate experts stood on hand to advise on property acquisitions. This level of client care and outreach distinguishes being a part of the Christie’s Network.
“This is just another great service that we offer to our clients,” said Rick Hilton, Chairman of Hilton & Hyland. “We get to put our homes in front of some of the most esteemed collectors in the world, and it’s a unique opportunity to get in front of numerous qualified buyers.”
“As the founding affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, we really relish the opportunity to attend this fair,” added Jeff Hyland, President of Hilton & Hyland. “In recent years the lines between art and luxury real estate have begun to overlap like never before and the two industries are very connected.”
Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary gave collectors the opportunity to acquire works from both the primary and secondary markets. Works by nearly 1,000 artists from Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, The Netherlands, Portugal, and Venezuela were on display at the fair, as well as cutting edge works from the U.S.
