Hilton & Hyland breaks records again with the highest sale in Los Angeles County. The firm’s President, Jeff Hyland, represented the buyer of the famed Spelling Mansion which recently sold for $119.75 million. The previous record-holder for the city was The Playboy Mansion was sold by Drew Fenton and Gary Gold in 2016.
Built in 1988 by entertainment royalty Aaron and Candy Spelling, The Manor is one of the grandest private residences in the world. Proudly positioned, its nearly five acres of rare flat land borders the LA Country Club.
Larger than The White House, the 56,000-square-foot masterpiece was renovated in 2011 to execute visionary design while preserving its timeless charm.
