Hilton & Hyland Represents Buyer and Seller of Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker’s House in Breakneck Time

Former globally top-ranked men’s tennis player Andy Roddick and wife Brooklyn Decker have sold their home in Cheviot Hills for $3,337,500.

Complete with floor-to-ceiling glass and steel-framed windows, the 4,900-square-foot home features an open-area living and dining room, modern kitchen, office and a top-floor bonus room that opens to a rooftop.

The master suite is wrapped in a wall of windows and has a walk-in closet and a soaking tub. There are a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms with an elevator serving all three floors.

Outside, an outdoor living room centers on views of Century City and the Wilshire Corridor.

Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland was the listing agent and Zach Goldsmith, also of Hilton & Hyland, represented the buyer.

“Representing two leading talents in their respective industries is a profound honor,” said LaMontagna. “But representing two of the most gracious, affable, and classy people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with was even more so,” he added.

“Being a part of a brokerage like Hilton & Hyland carries a name cache that helps from a sales and marketing perspective, but the family-like, collegial atmosphere it brings with it means being able to learn about innovative ways to sell, unique avenues for my clients, and bridges gaps that wouldn’t be possible elsewhere,” added Goldsmith.

Roddick, a former world number one-ranked singles player, played in five Grand Slam finals, winning the U.S. Open in 2003. The 33-year-old retired in 2012 with a career singles record of 612-213 with 32 titles.

Decker, 28, is a model and former cover girl for the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. As an actress, her film credits include “Just Go With It,” “Battleship” and “Stretch.”
