In fact, the collection of Christie’s brokerages represents not only the finest in Los Angeles, but the finest across the globe. The leading international brokerages are affiliated with Christie’s, and Hilton & Hyland takes great pride in the partnership and their association as Founding Affiliate.
Despite some economic uncertainty and political unknowns that comes with a new presidential election, the report indicates that those with the highest net worth are still interested in purchasing luxury real estate. In fact, the firm has already closed a tremendous number of high-end luxury transactions in 2017.
Hilton & Hyland enjoys 5 of Christie’s Top 10 Sales in 2017 and comprises 70% of their Top Sales in the month of February alone. Represently 70% in Top Sales not only continues to reinforce our position in Los Angeles, but throughout the world.
